29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: A.) Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees have not had hazard communication training. Employees work with and around chemicals including, but not limited to, 93% sulfuric acid, Kieselsol, and n-butyl alcohol.
