29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(xi): Cable assemblies and flexible cords and cables were not supported in place at intervals that ensure that they will be protected from physical damage: On or about 2/24/2016 in the Less Than Truck Load (LTL) tray Fabrication Shop and Maintenance Shop at 1501 Dials Mill Road, Statham, GA: Employee operating the air compressor with the improperly supported and installed wiring into the main electrical panel was exposed to a electrical hazard at about 220 volts.
