29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: The employer is failing to protect employees from an electrical hazard. This was most recently documented at 1329 West Highway 6, Holdrege Nebraska when an extension cord was used as a substitute for permanent wiring in the Leak Test area of the Front Molding Area. This electrical cord was being used to power the relocatable power tap for four Kenex Automatic Leak Tester Serial # GLTM271113.
