29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iii): Monthly inspections of hooks, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the hook inspected, were not performed: A.) Warren Railcar Service, Inc. - On or about 8/19/15, the crane hooks had not received a certified, monthly inspection. The cranes are used on a daily basis. The cranes hooks included, but were not limited to, a Roper 10 ton crane and a 6 ton crane.
