29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical hazards associated with inadequately labeled electrical panel boxes in the work place. This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 2500 Old Hadar Rd & 2300 Riverside Blvd. Norfolk, NE 68701; where the employer has employees accessing the inadequately labeled electrical box in the Thermal Pad building as means of de-energizing the overhead fluorescent lights when changing the bulbs thus exposing the employee to live electrical parts.
