29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) Plant - On or about 11/05/14 and at times prior thereto employees handled gasoline in bulk tank and Diesel fuel in bulk tank. The employer did not ensure that the tanks were labeled to indicate the identity of the stored fuel. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
