29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(iii): Lavatories were not provided with hand soap or similar cleansing agent: On or about October 8, 2014, in the machine shop, where employees were using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Crack Check DNF Developer containing methylene chloride, hand soap or similar cleansing agent was not provided at the sink used for hand washing on the east wall, exposing employees to the hazards of chemicals and bacterial contamination.
