29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. On or about October 15, 2014, paint building, the employer did not ensure an employee used protective covers for boots during all spraying of top coat which exposes the employee hazardous chemicals including but not limited to isophorone diisocyanate, mineral spirits, and VM&P naphtha.
