29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section. On or about August 28, 2014, throughout the manufacturing facility, the employer failed to ensure that an annual inspection was conducted, documented and maintained on all cranes exposing employees to struck by hazards.
