29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were attached to building surfaces: a.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, on the north end of building #7, an extension cord was zip-tied to a beam in the facility and used as a substitute for fixed wiring. b.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, on the west end of building# 1, an extension cord, wrapped around conduit behind/over a beam, was being used as a substitute for fixed wiring and provided power to a microwave in the shop.
