29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii):The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a. On or about May 31, 2024, the employees working on the CRT dismantler were removing the plastic from the computers and televisions. Employees were exposed to respiratory health hazards such as lead. The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to lead at or above the action level or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists in accordance with the requirement of 29 CFR 1910.1025. b. On or about May 31, 2024, the employees working on the CRT/FRIT line were crushing glass coming from the crusher using a hammer. Employees were exposed to respiratory health hazards such as lead dust. The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to lead at or above the action level or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists in accordance with the requirement of 29 CFR 1910.1025.
