29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: (a) Coating mill - On or about February 13, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the three-phase electrical cabinet that provides power for the plasma cutter, and other electrical equipment in the area was closed and the dead front panel was in place, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
