29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: Worksite: On, or about, December 4, 2023, the employer had not developed and implemented written mechanical integrity procedures that complied with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices to ensure the on-going integrity of the bulk liquified petroleum operation including the bulk storage tanks, piping system, safety systems (nitrogen, sprinkler) and filling station equipment.
