29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(i): - Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. In that, the employer's failure to consider the suitability of electrical outlet installation exposed employees to a workplace fire hazard: On or about May 10, 2023, in the production floor behind the wall where employees wash parts, two junction boxes were bolted down on top of the Skat Blast abrasive blast cabinet and daisy chained together. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
