29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. At the vegetable cutting department: On or about May 2, 2023, a relocatable power tap was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of scale printer, wrapping machine and lighting fixtures. b. At the dry product weighing department: On or about May 2, 2023, a relocatable power tap and flexible extension cords were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of sealing machine, scale printer and light fixtures.
