29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): WORKSHOPS/211 AND 214 FOOD TERMINAL PLAZA, NEW HAVEN , CT: On/or about March 20, 2023, the employer had not included the Globalized Harmonized System (GHS), in the company written hazard communication program where the employees were required to work with and handle hazardous chemicals, such as (but not limited to) Primaroso, bleach, Zep Apex, Zep FS Amine Z 5 GL, microsolve disinfectant, and microsolve activator.
