29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about March 8, 2023, in a starter assembly shop, where a relocatable power tap powering equipment, such as a floor fan, radio, phone charger, and computer, was daisy-chained to an extension cord, exposing employees to fire hazards. b) On or about March 8, 2023, in a starter assembly shop, where a RIDGID Portable Blower Fan Air Mover was plugged into an extension cord, exposing employees to fire hazards. c) On or about March 8, 2023, at a workstation, where a relocatable power tap was permanently mounted, exposing employees to fire hazards.
