29 CFR 1910.179(g)(2)(ii): Electrical equipment was not protected from dirt, grease, oil, or moisture: a) Block Saw Room; on or about March 21, 2022 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards, in that the employer did not protect the busbars and collector shoes in the Shepard Niles 30 Ton Crane #9, S.N. SB10207, from damage caused by water-stone slurry dispersed by the 11.5 ft. diameter rotating saw blade.
