29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each junction box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) Wheels America located at 777 W Providence Rd, Lansdowne, PA - Hallway near loading dock near tire dismount room: On or about November 22, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that a junction box had a plate or faceplate to cover the exposed live wires, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards of approximately 110-120 volts.
