29 CFR 1910.216(a)(4): New mill installations were not installed so that the top of the operating rolls was not less than 50 inches above the level where the operator was standing, irrespective of the size of the mill: North Building, R&D/Physical Testing Laboratory: On, or about, October 14, 2022, the height of the mill rolls on the tan Farrel mix mill, number 53089, was measured to be 46 inches above the floor.
