29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would automatically square. On or about April 20, 2022, and at times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 1501 Scripture Street, Denton, TX 76201, horizontal and diagonal crossbraces were not of such length so they would be automatically square within the scaffolding system frames on all tiers of the scaffold at the jobsite.
