29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iii):A certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the hook inspected, was not maintained: UTCRAS, Inc. located at 501Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) On or January 21, 2021, the employer did not maintain a certification record of inspections for overhead cranes, KONECRANES used to move heavy railroad products in the facility. Employees operated overhead cranes on a daily basis that had missing hook latches and other components that were not inspected.
