29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) Cabinet shop - On or about October 29, 2019 The employer failed to insure the wiring for the shop equipment that entered the junction box's were protected from abrasions exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
