29 CFR 1910.272(e)(2): Employees assigned special tasks in the grain handling facility, such as bin entry and handling of flammable or toxic substances, were not provided training to perform these tasks safety: The employer does not protect employees from hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Grinding Mill, the employer did not provide training on safe entry for employee(s) who enter a silo containing oats. The hazards that employees were exposed to included, but were not limited to, atmospheric, engulfment, fall, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and rescue services. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
