29 CFR 1910.1018(e)(2): Initial monitoring was not performed for each workplace, or work operation covered by 29 CFR 1910.1018 to accurately determine the airborne concentration of inorganic arsenic to which employees may be exposed: On or about April 25, 2019 in the Nut room, the employer did not determine if the employees were exposed to inorganic arsenic above the action level and an employee wire brushing brass nuts was exposed to dust and debris containing arsenic.
