29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about March 8, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical hazards because: a) the orange flexible cord located in the Bar area beneath the sink was used between a receptacle and 6-way outlet adapter. b) the orange flexible cord located in the Accounting Office was used to power a computer, calculator and printer. c) the black flexible cord located in the Maintenance Shop was used to power a duplex receptacle serving a charging station for a drill d) the yellow flexible cord located in the Maintenance Office was used to power a heater serving an adjoining maintenance area.
