29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards from unprotected wiring which was used to power various equipment and small appliances throughout the camp, which occurred on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
