29 CFR 1910.146(k)(2)(i): Provide affected employees with the personal protective equipment (PPE) needed to conduct permit space rescues safely and train affected employees so they are proficient in the use of that PPE, at no cost to those employees: a) At the facility: On or about August 17, 2019 and times prior to, where employees were exposed to inhalation and asphyxiation hazards when entering tanks for cleaning without providing PPE such as, but not limited to, harnesses and retrieval system for rescue.
