29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Stairway B had no hand rail system between the first and second floor. Employees exposed to falls of up to 16 feet. b) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Stairway A had no midrail between the third and fourth floor and along the third floor opening. Employees exposed to falls of up to 14 feet. Abatement certification is required for this item.
