29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there are potential electrical hazards were not provided with, and did not use, electrical protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Facility Wide: The electricians were working on live electrical parts while performing repair, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and service work on various electrical machines and equipment. They were exposed to voltage of 120 and 208 and were not provided with appropriate electrical protective equipment, such as voltage rated gloves, leather protectors, flame resistant clothing, arc rated face shield balaclava and/or an arc rated hood.
