29 CFR 1910.178(q)(6): Industrial trucks were altered so that the relative positions of the various parts were different from what they were when originally received from the manufacturer, or they were altered either by the addition of extra parts not provided by the manufacturer or by the elimination of parts: On or about January 18, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the Grey Production Area where employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating a Hyundai forklift with inverted forks without manufacturer's approval.
