29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: A.) Falls Creek Powdered Metals, Inc., 82 Industrial Drive, Brockway, PA 15824, production area, on or about November 23, 2015 and times prior thereto: The Badger 10-lb. dry chemical fire extinguisher (M/N: 10MB-8H, S/N: V-413578) was blocked by items including, but not limited to, pallets containing manufactured parts and a Craftsman tool chest. B.) Falls Creek Powdered Metals, Inc., 82 Industrial Drive, Brockway, PA 15824, production area behind M8, on or about November 23, 2015 and times prior thereto: The Badger 10-lb. dry chemical fire extinguisher (M/N: B10M, S/N: AS-679672) was blocked by equipment.
