29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) Head Saw: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, pulleys located 23 inches from the floor and operating at 550 RPM were not guarded. (b) Edger: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, pulleys located 24 inches from the floor and operating at 1,000 RPM were not guarded. (c) Planer: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, pulleys located on the front and on the side of the planer, 12 inches up to 16 inches from the floor and operating at 3,000 RPM were not guarded.
