29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer is failing to protect employees from a fire and electrical hazards. This was most recently documented at 1329 West Highway 6, Holdrege Nebraska when an ACE 5 outlet surge suppressor that was rated at 15 Amps was being used to provide power for four 10 Amp Kenex Automatic Leak Tester machines, Serial # GLTM271113 in the Leak Test area of the Front Molding Area. Each of these leak testers where rated at a maximum amperage of 10 Amps for a total potential load on the 15 Amp surge suppressor of 40 Amps.
