29 CFR 1910.430(c)(1)(i): Breathing gas supply hose(s) did not have a working pressure at least equal to the working pressure of the total breathing gas system, is applicable to the Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1090 which incorporates the General Industry Requirements: On or about December 20, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, 1 East 11th Street - Slip 3, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer had not tested the breathing gas supply hoses used by the divers, for a working pressure of at least equal to the working pressure of the total breathing gas.
