29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(vii): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position except when hoisted or carried: a) On or about August 28, 2014, in the shop maintenance doorway, the LP gas and oxygen cylinders were found unsecured and the oxygen and LP gas were stored together. Employees were exposed to an explosion hazard.
