29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Bagger Room - On and prior to November 28, 2012 for the employees operating Premier Tech Bagger Machine #1 who are exposed to amputation hazards while adjusting the bag and bag frame. b) Bagger Room - On and prior to January 10, 2013, for the employees operating the Premier Tech Bagger Machine #2 who are exposed to amputation hazards while adjusting the bag and bag frame.
