29 CFR 1910.178(c)(2)(iii): Only approved power-operated industrial trucks designated as EX were not used in atmospheres containing any of the chemicals referenced in this section in quantities sufficient to produce explosive or ignitable mixtures, Note: See 1910.178(c)(2)(iii) for list of chemicals: a) Solvents Room Area - Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from operating a class "D" forklift in a Class 1 Division 2 hazardous area, on or about September 26, 2012. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
