(a) Tank Wash/New South Distribution Inc. located at 2200 Abutement Road, Dalton, GA 30720: Employer allowed flexible cords to be used for permanent lighting, mixers, and fixed power tools. Flexible cords energizing mixers in the tank wash area were located on accumulated water on the floor.
