Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: In the Alternative: 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free of recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that: The electrical panel boxes in the pullet and egg farm did not have a 3 feet clearance. Access to the panel boxes were blocked by buckets and boxes of stored material. Employees were potentially exposed to a fire and electrical hazard.
