29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish written procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures, and changes to facilities that affected a covered process. a) Northwest corner of property -The employer did not establish and implement written management of change procedures for the installation of solar panels, on or about 2/8/12. b) Ammonia compressor room near main entrance - The employer did not establish and implement written management of change procedures for the installation of a modified Hansen auto purger, on or about 2/8/12. c) Penthouse on roof - The employer did not establish and implement written management of change procedures for the removal of aluminum lines in evaporators E9-12 to the installation of stainless steel braided lines, on or about 2/8/12. d) Above receivers in ammonia compressor room: The employer did not establish and implement written management of change procedures for the removal of aluminum lines in condensers D1-3 to the installation of stainless steel lines, on or about 2/8/12. e) Throughout facility - The employer did not establish and implement written management of change procedures for new standard operating procedures involving the operation of the emergency generators due to the installation of the solar panels, on or about 2/8/12.
