29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, unleaded petroleum-based gasoline and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin, to conduct structural repairs inside an underground fuel storage tank while not having the safety data sheets (SDS) for each chemical available to employees at the work place.
