29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not include the required headings and information in 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(ix): On or about July 3, 2024, at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) facility in Hampton, Arkansas, the employer did not include the following information in safety data sheets (SDSs) for smoke tube and smoke composition (perchlorate free) products but not limited to. a.) Section 1- Identification: Part (d), the employer did not have U.S. telephone numbers of the chemical manufacturer. b.) Section 2-Hazard identification: Part (b), the employer did not have precautionary statements. c.) Section 3-Composition/Information on ingredient(s): Part (b), the employer did not specify concentration ranges of each component in the products. d.) Section 8- Exposure controls/Personal protection: Part (a), the employer did not list OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL), American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) Threshold Limit Value (TLV), and any other exposure limit or range. e.)
