29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i):The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es)(a) On or about January 25, 2024 the employer did not ensure that the Mckay/ Warco mechanical power press was operated by employees with the use of point of operation safety devices. Additionally, no point of operation guards were in place and available to protect employees from the hazard during operation.
