29 CFR 1910.119(j)(5): The employer did not correct deficiencies in equipment that were outside acceptable limits (defined by the process safety information on paragraph (d) of this section) before use: a) 1323 Conshohocken Rd. Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 - Tank Farm: On or about June 28, 2024 the employer did not correct deficiencies noted in the 2/24/24 TAI report where multiple points in Tank A108's shell were measured below the documented t(min) thickness. Failure to correct deficiencies in equipment outside acceptable limits can result in catastrophic release of flammable materials.
