29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about October 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible to employees performing spray painting using chemical products such as, but not limited to, Dow Voramer ME 3044 Isocyanate, Dow Voramer MB 3099 Polyol, and SonoCoat CT, 9M400 - 35M, exposing employees to a chemical hazard.
