29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a.) At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to to fire and electric shock hazards, in that extension cords were used were used as a permanent method and daisy chained; connected to multiple extension cords, power strips and to an outlet across the walking and working floor surface while energizing an electric rope cutter, Demaron Sewing Machine, Zebra 4 label maker, order ipad, fan and computer in the production areas of the facility.
