29 CFR 1910.178(l)(i): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks. This violation was observed on or about June 27, 2023, and at times prior to, at the facility, where employees are not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure employees are provided with training on the safe operations of material handling equipment used at the facility.
