29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Rd, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouses 1 and 2: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that suitable facilities were not provided to employees that worked with corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, damaged car batteries.
