29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i):Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. a) Maintenance Bays/First Bay Area: On or about 8/9/2022, a junction box used to power a welding machine was observed to have missing electrical knockouts, exposing the inner electrical. b) Maintenance Bays/Welding Bay 2: On or about 8/9/2022, a junction box used to power a welding machine was observed to have missing electrical knockouts, exposing the inner electrical.
